Yes pad the prices and mark it as Free Shipping. I was emailing a customer about something else and I wasn't paying attention properly.

That is a good idea. We have thought about making something like that in the future where users can create a wishlist store and post it on their social networks.

Here is some clarification:
Cartfly: A place you can create and manage your own store and products.
Sellit: Where you can create a store with another vendor like Cartfly, CafePress, Etsy, etc.

My fault. I read your previous post wrong and deduced you were a merchant, not a buyer.
The information about tracking/shipping and order confirmation rely upon the merchant. We provide a store widget which allows merchants to advertise their store through social networks. We aren't able to track shipping, inventory, tracking, or anything relating to the responsibilities of the individual merchants though.
I would advise you to contact the merchant from who you bought the merchandise from and ask them for an update.
Again, sorry for the misunderstanding on my previous post.
