Is there any way for me to lengthen the timeout/re-logon time for users? User's are complaining that they are forced to log back in after not working on a page for a short period of time and in turn loosing work.

How does Carousel work with the importing of data with excel feeds? I need to be able to get data in from an excel sheet used in schedules for a customer.

I have been trying to work through very similar situations. What I have found that seems to be a close to working answer is this. I or "the administration" creates and controls channels - the user cannot "re-design" channels. BUT, with the way Carousel is by design allows you to authorize a good amount of control via Zones. So, what I do is design the channel and then create a user role with strict rights for Zones. Then I assign this role to zones on Specified Channels.

IE: I created Channel1 with Zone1, Zone2, & Zone3. Now, i also have channel2,channel3, and channel4 but this user is only to use Channel1 & said zones. So I assign the rights for this user my created role and allow it only on Zone1 (2&3 also) on Channel1. That user logs in and only sees the Zones on channel1 this way.

Now, doing this does suck if that user wants to or needs to redesign channels, but this works. I do not like how there is no way to control rights better through channels, but I had to come up with an answer on my own and this was it.

Man I hope this all made sense.

What can we expect for Full Screen Video?

I have a customer who is very interested in seeing a main screen / Full screen at times live video fed via there cable tv connections & TRMS? This is not the only customer of course we have made this request and are in great need of this feature. At this time what is the highest ration of a screen that you can use for live TV?

The only way I see the Enterprise solution with multiple customers working is getting this issue taken care of. I truely hope we see this working soon because I don't see to many happy customers out there when they find out that everyone can see there content.
