How is the report looking for you guys now? We've made a few minor tweaks lately that should make it more bearable. We're also going to be revamping a lot of the report design as we move forward.

Will, yes, SocialToo does this. Just select "Unfollow those that unfollow me" under the Unfollow Filters link on the Preferences page. It all happens automatically!
