Hi Bob, currently the only Places that are recognized automatically are "at Home" and "at Work." Everything else must be added manually. It is on our list of user requested features to be able to add to your Places automatically. I have added your vote to our list.

I think there a 2 different issues going on in this link.

Shryn, you can now select what "near" means to you. To change this setting please follow these steps:

iPhone/iPod Home Screen-> Settings-> reQall-> "Near" means

Alphalim and Christine, the Here and Now screen should show all items that you have due Here at the location you are at (regardless the due date) and Now items that are due today.
