jessi replied on December 11, 2009 15:59 to the question "Voice Transcription cut-offs" in reQall:
Hi Chad, are you using the Add By Voice function or the eyes free recording? If you are using the eyes free recording, there are a couple of factors that could cut your recording short. If you move the phone away from your head then the sensor assumes that you are done with the recording. If your phone begins to sync at that time, then that can cause your recording to cut off. If you use the eyes free recording a lot then I suggest changing your sync interval to manual.
To change your sync interval:
1. Go to the iPhone Home screen.
2. Tap on Settings (the icon that looks like gears).
3. Slide the screen up until you find reQall. Tap on it.
4. Tap on Sync with Server. Tap on the value you want: Manual, Every 15 minutes, or Every Hour
5. Go back to the iPhone Home screen. Tap on reQall to relaunch it.
Please note to manually sync your iPhone, which can be done anytime from inside the reQall tap on the round arrow in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

Hut, use calendar just as the other words, "Calendar call John." I'm sorry I forgot to mention that we are aware of a bug that is not putting "appointments" added by voice into the calendar. This is being worked on and I will let you know as soon as it is fixed.
Christine, yes they always have to be the first word.

Hello Christine,
I have heard back from our technical team and they need some additional information.
1) What is the sync program that you are using in order to sync from Google to Outlook.
2) What is the sync program that you use to sync your Outlook to iPhone calendar.
3) What is the sync program that syncs your iPhone Calendar to Google Calendar.
We have checked and your feeds are not causing this issue. Thanks for any information you can provide.
