    Hi! If you have Ubuntu 8.04 & 8.10, try and switch to KDE 4 (last version 4.1.2) and see if you can find packages related to Pulseaudio. I operate on Mandriva 2009.0 and this issue resolved for me in KDE 4.1.2 and Firefox 3.03 -you will need to install the Java package from java.sun.com to get this to work, at least 1.60 for any decent effect, and remember to alter the settings on your flash player to permit flash player to access your mic and camera if you want to use one :)

    I originally posted this as a problem, but its all sorted out now! See below: My post was "I want to join in, not just watch" -

    As of 29th November, Pal Express is working on Linux! I went into Paltalk Express, and discovered our push to talk button had arrived! I went into a trivia room to test out, and could hear, and talk to, everyone in the room!

    I am thrilled to bits that Paltalk is finally available to Linux users, and I hope now that I can get back to enjoying Paltalk again, after a break of near on 3 or 4 years :)
