Abandoning Highrise? Not at all! We're actively developing Highrise and all our commercial products.

For example, we introduced Bulk Tagging and import tagging just a few weeks ago. That was one of the top requests. Just a few weeks before that we introduced bulk delete.

We have more planned, but things take time to do right. Also, as a matter of policy, we don't comment on future plans as they relate to this feature or that feature.

So when we don't respond to a specific feature request in public it's not because we're ignoring it or not developing a product anymore, we just don't comment on feature requests one way or the other. But we do read everything and consider everything that is requested.

We take support very seriously so it's troubling to read that you haven't heard back from us.
