Thx, really hard to reach but it worked to add an applet.

But it didn't fix the problem, I gained a new brightness slider but couldn't set it higher than i could have with the fn keys.

I finally fixed it by changing the brightness control setting in the bios from "Auto" to "User Managed".
Then, the NC10 doesn't set brightness level automatically, and i can reach max brightness on battery in Jolicloud.

Jolicloud seems to be suffering from a known ubuntu bug regarding brightness management.

The workaroung requires to install a new gnome applet, unfortunately I haven't found a way to add new panels inside Jolicloud (the applet is available in Jolicloud).

How could i do this ? I just need to reach the applet manager, how can i achieve that ? (any terminal-based solution is ok for me)

As reported to your Basecamp chat (website support is down). I used soocial for a few weeks, it worked perfectly. Today, I was asked to allow Soocial to modify 57 of my contacts with i refused. Since i can't sync from my mac to soocial anymore, and worse i can't sync my contacts to my iphone, itunes gets stuck to "contacts syncing".

I tried exporting/restoring my local address book, erase all contacts on the iphone, turn off/on soocial sync, update soocial.

Help needed, this is really annoying not being able to sync anymore :/

I have the latest version and noticed the evolutions ; but still I can't get the alert to be sent to twitter no matter when I click on it.

Am i missing something ?

Hi Scott,

I see the "Send Alert" Button on Qik, but it doesn't seem to do anything, am i missing something ? I have registered my twitter account in notifications and expected Qik to update Twitter when i click the "Send Alert" button.

Laterloop would become a killer app for me if I could directly "send to laterloop" Google Reader iteams for later use. I have several GreaseMonkeys scripts similar to this one for twitter, delicious, etc...

Another way to do it could be that Laterloop automatically sync my with my shared starred items
