Hi the issue has been fixed, now suppport for all format are back, altho pelase use csv for bigger exports as its optimizaed to use minimal memory on the exporting./ Thanks..

Yes picking this support forum was a mistake on the team's end, its getting out of hand with the spam and now its really annoying not having control over any spam filtering.

The service will live on as it has relatively low running. Just some restructuring going on thats all. :-)

Hi there, sorry for the delay, support hasn't been gone just that there has been a lot of traveling on my part for business and personal reasons and couldnt come to a computer. I hear your issue is that all export are only in csv and want to fix the problem.. Will try to take a look and see how to fix without my development environmemt sometime in 12 hours time. Which is tongiht for me. Hope this helps.

Sorry this has taken more than 2 months, in the end we just made it to just export tab separated format and now can handle up to 11,000 links for export. We really apologize for this delay..

Hi, thats because Wuhan and Mike are on different project, and i am only helping out on blinklist as when i have time. Blinklist is a non commercially supported project at the moment and altho i do look at it quite often and do my fair contribution, i am only person on board taking care on my spare time.

Hi this was caused by a jquery version upgrade. The assumption was that its backwards compatible, it worked with our dev and stage but didnt seems to work on production, have reverted for now.

Hi, we also got this issue and we have reverted the code to use jQuery 1.3.1, it was mistake on our page to assume upgrading the jQuery library that is reported to have no backwards compability.
