The help link at the bottom of the wiki will bring you here, but the link in the upper-right should have taken you to a form like this. Click 'Other issues', then 'my problem is not listed', then you'll get a form to explain your problem. Using the form captures information about your wiki, your browser and operating system that can help support diagnose your problem.

I have two wikis, and now some students can't log on??My students aren't able to sign in (after a two week break)--even though they have in the past. Students were able to access in the past, but they can not log in now.
I don't know if this is related, but I set up a wiki at the end of the term. Now I've begun another wiki page for a seminar, and there are two students who overlap--they were invited to join the first wiki and the second. They had access to the second wiki when it was set up, but now they can not log on to comment.
Don't know if this is relevant, but the first wiki is 1.0 and the second wiki is 2.0
