A comment on the problem "The book I received is of sub-par quality" in Blurb:
I have been waiting for a response from Blurb also. Their customer service is very poor and I too need to resolve my problem before Christmas. The only thing we can do is tell everyone you know not to use Blurb in the future. Post your story on every website you can to warn people that Blurb using Blurb is a terrible idea and to go elsewhere. You can even file a complaint with the Online Better Business Bureau (BBB) www.bbb.org. No customer should be treated like this. – jillshiffert, on December 19, 2008 18:42

Where is customer service? HELLO?I need to get a hold of customer service to discuss my order problem but they are not responding to my emails. I received a response yesterday but had more questions to ask regarding my order and have still not heard back.

They are giving me the same run-around about my order. I ordered 2 weeks ago, plenty of time for my order to get to me before Christmas week and now they are telling me they are sorry for the inconvenience. They also told me that the shipping times posted on their website are just an estimation of how long it will take to get your book... not an actual representation of the actual time it will take. No where on the Blurb site does it say anything about this though.
I told them their apology sucks and they can tell my family why they won't have their Christmas present in time for Christmas.
I will never use their service again and you can be sure I will tell everyone I know about how terrible their customer service is. You should do the same.
