Be sure to make use of the page comments. As admin, you can always remove comments that are no longer needed.
Also keep in mind that only one person at a time can edit a page. If a page has been open editing for 10 minutes or longer, it's possible to "steal" an edit lock.
That may force you to have your teams work on more than one page per team if they are working concurrently. They can develop some good teamwork skills as they each contribute and merge their pages into their team's argument.

Hi Jim,
If you are using PBwiki 2.0, you should see two page tools on the SideBar .
See this image.

Do you see the "put this page in a folder" link?
Down lower, you can see a Folder section. If you are logged in as an Editor or Admin, you will see the "Create a folder" link.
If you are using PBwiki 1.0, it does not support folders.

Hi Jim,
I don't believe the "logistics" are a big hurdle in a situation where you want to simply have a discussion in a wiki.
I'd create a new wiki with the appropriate title, then I'd outline the overall scope of the discussion on the front page and make sure I was the only editor for that page.
I'd create additional pages for each debater so that each has his own page to make arguments on.
As the discussion progresses, each debater can modify his/her page to respond to ideas or points brought up by the other debaters.
When you decide the debate has concluded, you can publish the resulting complete debate on a single page by copying and pasting each argument onto the debate page.
Providing links to each argument in the sidebar will assist in allowing the debaters to see each other's arguments.
Have fun!

Use PBWiki for online class debate?I am thinking of having an online debate in my class. Is a wiki a good tool for this? Has anyone worked out the logistics? Thanks.

Where are the page tools?Where are the page tools mentioned in the help file? I want to move a page into a folder, but I do not see the Page Tools to do that.
