I'll take an educated guess at an answer - perhaps ETCO is an event timing code, part of the metadata format for MP3 files as documented here:
http://www.id3.org/id3v2.3.0
at the above location, scroll down to section 4.6 for format information. From your quote, I would guess they want the pieces of information as detailed in section 4.6 in plain text with each individual value separated from the next by a comma (CSV = comma separated values)

Charles, thanks for posting your solution.
If anyone reading this thread knows of an inexpensive way to convert PPT files to PPTX please post it here. In other words, a way to convert other than owning and using Powerpoint 2007 since I own Powerpoint 2002 only.

Amit - Jim White here. Many thanks for your response. I tried your solution and at first it did not work. i did some research, found out in the link below why the solution worked for you but not for me, applied their additional suggestion (creating a Blank.pot file), tried your solution again and it worked perfectly.

This is Jim White, I am adding information to my posting. I removed all the animation from my slides and uploaded them again. Did not help, all slides show blank (except for pictures) just as before. I have two other similar presentation that have been on your site for years (I was one of your earliest users). Between them they have thousands of views. They both display with no problem. -

Powerpoint Slides Blank Except for PicturesWhy are my slides blank except for pictures? If I download the slides to my desktop and open them with Powerpoint they are fine. Also, the thumbnail shows text on the first slide but no text appears in the online presentation. I tried replacing the presentation a few times and once got text on half of them. I uploaded the same presentation yesterday and it displayed, no problem. Today I added one slide, number 3, and this problem developed. I removed the new slide from my presentation and re uploaded it but the problem is still there. I then put that slide back and reuploaded once again, which is the current status.
