The actual hot key is Ctrl+Alt+N this is the only combination that work across all browsers. You can view hot key information by hovering over the key next to the search box in the taskbar.

this form of authentication is actually more secure, if you notice all online banking sites have switched to this kind of authentication, it actually requires you to have two levels of authentication, one of which you do not see, if you were to log-in from a computer that you never had before, you would have to answer your security questions before being asked your password

we do not require you to create accounts for any application, if you don't like zoho then remove it from your workspace and put a link to whatever you already have an account to. If you don't see an application you often use as part of our safe places then let me know and I will add it. We are working hard to create a process that will allow users to do this themselves

Our team was able to manual add Expresso as a Safe Place, you should be able to subscribe to it as a Safe Place now!!!

I was unable to get that app added as a safe place, I think it has to do with the fact that the login url blocks all request that don't come via an ie browser. Self-adding apps is a big feature in our mind and is currently being planned out, no set date at this time.

If you let me know what app/site you are wanting to see in Safe Places I try to add it. In the future we will have a process that allows users to do this.

you can right click on the workspace then select add an icon from there you can add any web application you like. So in your case just put the url for the online im tool of your choice.

We have done a lot of work in the past week to allow you to delete and add icons from your workspace. Can you just delete the im/Meebo icon and add the im tool of your choice?
