Can you please email billing@widgetbox.com and include your username. Also, if you could take a screen shot of the error you are receiving and give us as much detail as you can, we can look into it. We have many paying customers form Germany and all around the world so there should not be a problem.

I am not seeing ads running on your widgets. Can you please post a link to the ones that are running ads? The Yoga widget does not have ads and i do not see any widgets that have ads in http://your-health-unwrapped.ning.com....

hello Tracey - i have logged in and went to several groups pages but i do not see any widgets. I do see a widget on the initial page http://your-health-unwrapped.ning.com with no ads showing.
Can you please point me to the page where the widget is showing an ad. I will look at it immediately and get this resolved for you.
