i am now seeing a youtube video where the widget was. I do not see any of our widget code on the page. It loaded fine for me earlier, and i have embedded the widget on another page and it is loading fine in all my browsers. The widget also shows up on the details page on widgetbox. Can you see it loading on Widgetbox? http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/talk-...

The website you listed above takes a very long time to load. Once it did load, i see the widget. I have tested in both Firefox and IE. I can also see the widget loading on the Widgetbox details page. Please let us know if you are still experiencing an issue.

You can edit the blidget pro as many times as you want. The edits will carry thru to any installs of the widget as well. So go ahead and purchase, then continue to work on design and feed changes as long as you have the blidget.

We are in the process of changing the timing on the page curl ad. It will auto retract after 10 seconds. Also, the ad can be closed by clicking on the page curl itself. We will make changes in the design to make this more clear

CJ - Neocounter is a widget that is registered in the widgetbox gallery. Widgetbox does not sell subscriptions to this widget. I think you are mistaking Widgetbox for Neoworx, who is the creator and owner of the Neocounter widget. I would suggest that you go to http://www.neoworx.net/blue/index.php and try the support on their site.

Widgetbox does not currently accept paypal so you could not have made any purchase thru Widgetbox.

Sure - when you click the Get Widget button, the menu comes up an defaults to JS. However, you can click the flash menu item right next to the JS code and copy the flash code.

Yes, every widget in widgetbox has a "get widget" button associated with it. this allows anyone who see the widget to grab it and easily embed it to social networks, blogs, and webpages. There is also a function to email the widget to your friends. Currently, you can only add 1 email at a time, but we may increase this to allow multiple email addresses.

First of all, sorry about the confusion around the term partner as we use it loosely. The use case behind our core platform and products is self service. Self service creation of widgets and self service creation of custom galleries. We are continuing to develop along these lines and we will be coming out with new features and products as we move forward.

Now, to answer the question on the Partners tab. In some cases, Widgetbx will partner with a larger company to allow custom integration of our widget gallery into their offerings. An example would be www.piczo.com, they use the Widgetbox API to pull in a custom gallery of our widgets and allow 1 click installation into their social media platform. We only provide this type of partnership to select companies on a one off basis.

Finally, we are always open to suggestions on potential partnerships and we will look to make our Partnership pages more clear.

Hello Jim -

The pencil icon only appears if you are the owner/subscriber of the widget. We have it appear if you are the owner/subscriber so that you can easily configure your widget. Other people who view the widget will not see the pencil.
