I have desperately been trying to change the backup funding on my PayPal business debit card. It is currently tied to my bank, but I want to have it tied to PayPal Buyer credit. Whenever I attempt to make the change I am given a message that says, "The card still has outstanding backup funding transactions, please try again in a few days." It has said this for a month!! I have not had any backup transactions in 30 days, so I have "tried again in a few days" about 25 times.

I have contacted customer service a few times, which was futile. All they did was send me a stock cut & paste answer telling me how to change the funding. I KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE FUNDING! It just won't let me do it!! It is frustrating when companies send out answers to questions without even reading the questions. They pick up a few keywords and send whatever is at the top of the cue sheet.

If someone has a magic email address or phone number where I can contact a person who will attend to this problem, instead of reading from a script, I would appreciate it very much. Contacting PayPal through the means listed on the company website has been a colossal waste of time.
