I am also having this same issue. I'm super excited to have Disqus comments but it will have to go if it conflicts Google Analytics for too long.

A visitor came to my site on this page:

The link was part of a campaign to gauge the effectiveness of Twitter at sending traffic to my site. I embedded the Source/Medium/Keywords/Content/Campagn parameter values using Google's URL builder.

The visitor left a comment. The Disqus url for this comment now points to this page:
http://www.bigpictureweb.com/3-steps-...
