    Jeff L reported a problem in Twitter on May 13, 2009 21:35:

    Jeff L
We don't want "see all @ replies" reinstated as the default!
So, Twitter recently removed the options regarding who see what @ replies. This caused a bit of an uproar. Their new default was you'd only see @ replies FROM people you follow TO people you follow.

Now, they are going backwards and making it so you'll see @ replies FROM people you follow to EVERYONE!

For me personally, this will make Twitter almost unusable. The signal to noise ratio will be off the chart.

They claim eventually they'll make this a per-user setting. Not sure about everyone else, but I only follow a few hundred people, and have no desire to go through and change this manually for every single user I follow.

    Please Twitter, rethink.

    Jeff L asked a question in Netflix on August 29, 2008 00:19:

    Jeff L
Does anyone have ANY way to email Netflix?
Netflix won't currently let me update my address, as they can't verify it (it verifies on usps site with no problem).

I really don't want to call, sit on hold to talk to someone about an issue that really shouldn't be an issue. I'd appreciate any info anyone has on a way to email customer service at Netflix. I can't find a single email address anywhere on their website.
