Organizing and converting at the same time.

Would be nice if songbird could convert the music to other file types(only the the most famous like MP3, M4A and WAV), within that "organize songs" feature, so we could organize the library and make it homogeneous(with every single file in the same format) at the same time. Not to mention, of course, the possibility to keep the tags as they are. To confess, I'm tired to convert and tag over and over again my musics when I'm sending then to my phone, because I don't have a big microSD and M4A files are way better to this task.
