I want a way to check a list of my non-solved issues reported on Get Satisfaction. I have no way to check which unsolved issues still linger without going through all the activity history (and being a client of several sites using get satisfaction makes that hard).

Hootsuite does not allow tweets with more than 140 chars, while twitter does. Example: http://twitter.com/31daSarrafada/stat...

Twitter only shows those tweets in the web interface, but accepts them.

My user's name started appearing broken in the top right corner. It's "João" and started appearing as "João". This is usually an issue with double utf-8 encoding.

When I create a tweet with a link and the whole content is under the char limit, it is transformed to a bit.ly url when posted to twitter. Is there anyway to avoid this?

Did some debugging yesterday with Bruno Pedro. Seems like the problem is not with maildecoder, but later on the workflow. As the only other thing on the workflow is publishing to flickr, that would make the flickr updater the most likely target for a problem.

Maildecoder fails to decode emails?

I'm having trouble with maildecoder. Some emails arrive and it activates. Some don't (3 in 6 in the last 24h). All messages sent from the same client (nokia 6290) and all have an image attached. The workflow just published to flickr.

Why isn't my timeline updated when I successfully post a tweet? I'd expect that the knowing that a new tweet is thttp://getsatisfaction.com/hootsuite/..., would be enough reason for a refresh.

I can see that working in a regular report that I can ignore (see dopplr's or linked in's). I always get more the feeling of being tracked with that kind of thing.

I do prefer to have conversations.
