Following up on GetSatisfaction issues

I have notice that through "Get Satisfaction" you have the ability to close items and rate the solution. I've seen at least a couple of times that a ticket has been created as GoEveryWare.net for something I brought up, but I don't appear to have any way to view the item, to see if it's progressing or closed or what it even looks like. Is there some way I don't know for me to see how things are progressing or if a particular item was finished or closed so I can close the item in "Get Satisfaction"?

A comment on the idea "Sharing Open Places important item" in GoEverywhere:

I have ways of naming things because I would like to sort "My Open Places" a certain way (still playing with it), which others might not want. For instance, when I say I want to sort by title, I include a category in my names, like "Bills", so I could have: "Bills - Cell (Verizon)", "Bills - City (American Fork)", etc. When other people look for things they might think that an Open Place doesn't exist, because it doesn't just have a company name, like "Verizon" or "Verizon Wireless" so they'll create a duplicate. Thanks for your response. They are sits to banks (www.uccu.com), credit cards (www.chase.com), and other places (www.verizonwireless.com, www.afcity.org, etc.) that I use for managing accounts related to my bills.

Things are showing up in the Shared section of My Open Places even though when I created an Open Place chose "myOpenPlaces", not "Shared myOpenPlaces" for the Privacy level.

The "Sort by" buttons aren't pesisting. If I select one, say, "Sort by - Title" it sorts it by title, but the next time I open "My Open Places" it's unsorted again.

I tried accessing this on my BlackBerry Curve and after I logged in I saw links for the Desktop items, but when I select any of them I get the following message, "Your website is ready. This site has been successfully created and is ready for content to be added. Replace this default page with your own index page." What does this mean? How can I see the normal content of the links (e.g. My Safe Places, My Open Places, etc.)?

I just created a bunch of "Open Places" and put them just in "My Open Places", mostly because they're personal things of interest. However I have several of these items which would be of interest to my wife (website for bank accounts, bills, etc.). Is there some way to share my Open Places with a person, multiple people, a group, or multiple groups? If not, PLEASE create this. This would be very, VERY helpful.

Tag problem - possibly with "+" symbol

I have a tag called "programming-c++" and I have two items that have that tag. When I click on that tag in the tag cloud I get the following message, "Your myOpenPlaces is empty.
myOpenPlaces is where you can store places from around the web that you want to access from goeveryWare. To add to your myOpenPlaces click the 'Add More Places' link above. " :(
