It just isn't the save button. I can't scroll down on facebook, e-mail, etc. -

I'm sorry you are having problems.
I can't explain what you are seeing. As far as I know, nobody else has reported a problems reaching the save button.
Can you tell us what type of computer you are using? What operating system? What web browser? What are you computer screen's resolution settings?
Have you tried using the wiki from another computer? That would tell you if it's a problem only on your machine. -

Why can't I scroll down the page when I'm editing to reach the Save button?I click on edit and make changes to the page but then I can't scroll down to get to the save changes button. The page isn't frozen - there's just no scroll bar.
