Hi John. Yes, unfortunately, there is a known list of mobile providers that don't support shortcodes. If your phone has a data plan that's reasonable, I suggest trying the Twitter mobile web version at http://m.twitter.com or even the third-party site http://m.slandr.net. – mdy, on July 10, 2008 03:36

mdy, I am unable to verify my cell. According to my Cell provider (ACS) they have told me their network doesn't support 5 digit numbers. So for now twitter will not be happening in my forseable future. – John, on July 10, 2008 03:32

Wish I could have helped you more, but I can't think of another way to receive tweets that doesn't use the data plan. – mdy, on July 04, 2008 13:54

But can't receive any kind of tweet, only if I'm connected to the net via edge. Is their any hope for me?? Looking at Fring now. An online SMS service allowing the FROM field to be any cel number, allowed to get my cel activated, but the rest of the people in my Fire Co. areitze, if your phone company won't let you send sms to Twitter's international number (which currently is +44 762 4801423), then I think your options for updating Twitter from your phone require the use of a data plan (wap / gprs / evdo / hsdpa or whatever is the equivalent service provided by your phone company).
With a data plan, you can receive and post tweets from your phone:
a. through Twitter's mobile website at http://m.twitter.com
or via a third-party mobile site like Slandr at http://m.slandr.net
b. by sending emails through a service like Twittermail at http://twittermail.com
c. by using a third-party application that's compatible with your phone (such as Fring or in my case, TreoTwit since I use a Treo phone).

Pete replied on June 22, 2008 16:47 to the question "How do I change the font type and size?" in EzWeb123.com:
There are actually two ways that you can change the text font type and size for your website.
You can either do this under certain sections within the Theme Builder to make a site wide change, or change it on individual pages.
First of all, log into the Members Area:
http://www.ezweb123.com/members/
If you want to make a site wide change i.e. make all pages have the same font types, size etc, then under 'Themes' on the left hand navigation, click on 'Customize Theme'. This then takes you to the Theme Builder.
If you scroll down the page, you will note that it is split into sections, starting with Website header. If you click on the small 'Help' link against each heading it will open up a seperate window to show which section of the website page this refers to.
You will see that you can make the text on your header bigger or smaller or change the font type, weight etc. You can also change your website slogan in here.
If you scroll a bit further down the page you will see the title 'Main website fonts'. You can use this section to change all of the text across your site in one go - saving you a lot of time, especially if you have created lots of pages for your website.
Remember to save your changes by hitting one of the 'Save Theme' buttons before exiting the page. It doesn't matter which one.
You can also make changes to your text font type and size by accessing individiual pages from the Members Area, highlighting the text that you would like to change within the editor and clicking on familiar MS Word type icons, such as font size, bold, italics etc shown on the icon bar above.
If you get stuck, just reply to this topic.
