João Correia gave praise in Microsoft Tag on November 25, 2009 10:12:
Great support !Great customer support !
I asked a question using feedback and was promptly responded. It had to do with "snap" vs "live" mode on recent versions. I could have done it here if I knew Microsoft tag had this wonderful customer support, Get Satisfaction.
Congratulations
Best regards

The recent iPhone 3.0 upgrade does not allow Tag Reader work in automatic mode.
In the interim Tag Reader will work in “snap” mode.
We will be shortly coming out with an update to Tag Reader that will enable auto scanning capability again by using the officially supported SDK feature of the 3.1 OS.

João Correia replied on June 22, 2009 11:48 to the problem "Polar Rose without permission to write on my wall" in Polar Rose:
Hello Thijs,
I understand these messages grow the user base, but they are very intrusive.
Today all sorts of apps write automated messages that pollute the timeline making difficult to read the stuff that users post manually. Personally I dont want to pollute my timeline and I want to keep reading interesting stuff that my friends post, not their apps automated messages.
Writing on the timeline could be optional.
I think if you have patience and the service is really valuable, people will use it and spread it around.
Check this video from GoogleIO2008 on Best Practices for Spreading Your App . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lvdxwm...
Are you going to Reboot11? We can talk about this over there!
I met with Mikkel last year on Reboot.

João Correia replied on April 22, 2009 21:27 to the idea "Native SIP support for iPhone, like Nokia E61" in Apple:
Forget about iPhone native SIP support, Apple has their hands tied (by the carriers industry). Just jailbreak your iPhone, go to Cydia and:
- Install Siphon , free and great SIP client for iPhone
- Follow instructions to get Skype working over 3G :
http://joaocorreia.pt/blog/2009/04/vo...
- Install Skype from the app store.
Voilá ... VoIP over 3G with SIP or Skype, your choice.

Native SIP support for iPhone, like Nokia E61Wouldn't it be great if iPhone had native support for SIP ? Nokia has native SIP support in E60, E61 and some others.

Over twitting, create a max twitting rate for the people you followSome people twitt too much over a short period of time (over twitting), as 10 times in 5 minutes making difficult to listen others that I follow. It would be nice to have the ability to set a twitt rate limit per user.
