I tried changing preferences, rebooting my Mac laptop several times, closing and reopening tapedeck, still I cannot record a file recording. And yes, I did pay $25 and registered my serial number for the software.
I made a single recording and now the software stopped working, does not record, tape counter stays at zero length.
Please tell me what I need to know in order to get this software to make new recordings.
And once you do that, make the answer known and easily found on a manual for this thing. Productive people have to try to make use of software...-

I have the same laptop as you, and my problem is
the tape counter does not advance, and the graphic looks like it's recording, but the recording is of ZERO length.
I did manage to record an hour long phone conversation upon downloading this software, but i cannnot say anything good about the software, becuase looks like there's a bug that I paid $25 in order to acquire.
Software trobleshooters of the company, better do something to fix my problem and get the fix onto your download file. -

I've made the settings, but still not recording... the tape counter is not progressing , stays at 0.00.00
So far, I'd have to say I do NOT enjoy this software...don't have a good thing to say about it...
someone help me fix it, then I will put in a good word, although, I do believe certain common sense default settings should be a default... I shouldn't have to dick around with making software work by getting into arcane labyrinth preference settings... -
