activeCollab AIR AppAn AIR Application to manage likely everthing from activeCollab would make the daily work much easier. Create and manage everything in a project, track time, assign people or get notified in real time.
Only things which aren ́t included are Reports or Project Export
Here is a Screenshot of the "Ticket View"
Feedback would be appreciated

Joe Hana asked a question in Getsignoff on November 01, 2008 15:50:
My Login URLthere still isn't a login link to the @getsignoff page... time to dig through e-mails to find my login url. how did noone notice this?
Joe Hana replied on November 01, 2008 15:42 to the problem "The email from GetSignOff is going into some clients spam folders" in Getsignoff:
I would say that there is no solution to avoid this, because it don ́t depends on getsignoff - it depends more on the Mail-Service, as well on the Client ́s Spam Filter. If a Mail is coming into the spam folder just declare it once that it is no spam and all upcoming mails will going into the main inbox.

Making a GetSignOff AIR AppI have started to create a "possible" Design for an AIR App for GetSignOff. In the next days/weeks I will finalize it. Here is a Screenshot:
Sure I load up the Designs and Versions to getsignoff.com ;-) So if somebody is interessted to join in - just drop me a line why you want join and how you can participate.
Would be really nice to hear some feedback=)

Joe Hana replied on November 01, 2008 12:37 to the idea "Adobe Air widget for GetSatisfaction!" in Get Satisfaction:
I don ́t really know if THAT Solution would be the best - just think about:
Who is applying to getSatisfaction? Right - Clients! Client ́s shouldn ́t have to add extra apps to just apply once or twice.
I think it would be much better if the tool focuses on the "companies & employees". The Tool runs mostly into background - if someone posts into the account, the employee gets an instantmessage from the Tool allowing direct answer.
Of course it would be as well a full interface where the employee could navigate through all topics and manage many things.
On the other Side - for Clients - I would offer a Bookmarklet. If the Client have an Idea or a Question (or what else) he clicks on the Bookmarklet which opens up a Feedback Form similar to the Widget. From this Form he can choose a Company/Product by Dropdown which he ́s use and post direct into it. Thats good for simple clients and for the Community as well - thats what I think.
If you would like I make the Designs for these 2 Goodies, and together we could look about a Developer for AIR - come on Guys - lets bring it out=)-
