Make sure you are using this link: https://www.zipcar.com/chicago/apply/... when signing up so the promotion code is correct. This should get rid of this problem. The wording on the Zipcar site might not be exactly clear that it is catering to a Groupon, but just go through with it and you should be fine. If you have any problem with Zipcar charging you the membership fee let me know and we'll make sure to work it out with them and get that fee removed.

You can always cancel the day you sign up. You can do this yourself from the page you bought it from by clicking on "edit pledge". If you need to cancel a Groupon after that it is typically not allowed, but let us know your situation and we'll do what we can.

Is this referring the the BriteSmile facial in New York?
If so, this Groupon is good for a year, so you have a year to try to find a time with them to schedule this. Their hours are Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am–6pm, and if you would like to try to schedule something before you purchase this, just give them a call (212) 397-8786.
I hope this helps. If you are not in New York then ignore everything I just wrote and let me know specifically which Groupon you are trying to schedule for...

The facial is for real, just ignore the last three claims, regarding the reptilian skin, bulletproof skin, etc. It looks like our writer was such a Britesmile facial fan they just let their imagination roam free for a moment...
The five bullet points before these are all legit, appropriate enough for a five-star facial.

Sorry about that, I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with those links. It could have been a temporary problem, because the links in my email are working. You can also always go directly to http://getyourgroupon.com to see the days deal if for any reason the links in the email aren't working.

It is hard for me to see exactly what is going on without your email address to check on your account. If you email it to me at groupon@thepoint.com I will try to get to the bottom of this. One other thing you can try is to click on the link on the homepage that says "Trouble buying today's Groupon?" right underneath the box where you sign up, and see if you can sign up from there.
Send me a direct email and we'll try to get this sorted out right away and make sure you can get the Groupon.

That is a great suggestion, and something we are working on. Soon it will be much easier to log in and view all of your Groupons from the Groupon homepage. For now the best way is to go to http://thepoint.com/mygroupons .
As far as logging out, the log out button should work, and you can also try going here: http://thepoint.com/logout .
