I'd just like to mention that making mistakes is part of using a wiki. We all make mistakes. One of the things that I love about a wiki is how easy it is to correct mistakes - my own and those of others.

I think it has to do with the timing of how IE7 renders the DOM and when it submits the form based on the onLoad event. I'm going to fix this the next chance I get. I'll keep you posted!

The OpenID option was never included on the pages with the screen shots above. I'm now working on getting the a link on all the other login pages. I'll report back here when I'm done.
