Joe Moackler's dashboard

This is an old question, but the problem still exists. I don't use the RSS feed, instead I use @Digsby and every time I tweet, I see it as a new tweet when @Digsby refreshes the feed, as well as I see my tweets when I login to Twitter on the home page. I'm sure this is annoying to people (if they have the same problem) especially to heavy tweeters.
