no, i think you haven't understand the problem.
i am french, well, when i try to launch recite it doesn't wana lauch. but if i turn my phone on us or en- language the app can then be launched.
there no relations with any update, anyway i've try what you tell me : unistall-reinstall but it is still the same.-
