Album art, FLAC, not getting along well

Windows XP, Songbord 1.2.

When I import music, with a folder.jpg in each folder, the album art is not addde to the songbird application.

These are all flac songs, if that makes a difference.

I have not noticed this problem with OGG.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? What information can I provide to help troubleshoot this?

Just installed 1.1. Now when I am listening to a song, and I decide to skip ahead to a point in the song, there's a delay of 1 - 2 seconds. This wasn't there in 1.0. Is anyone else see this?

thanks, but that doesn't help answer my question. I need to move the profile, not create a new one. If I try to do it with the method you suggest I run into th eproblem in my original post.

I was really hoping to hear from someone from songbird on this...

I wonder how to file a bug report for the hard coding of paths in the misc files in the profile folder.

Moving profile... not possible...

I wanted to move my profile and after that didn't work, I realized that the paths to various addons and other required setting are stored as hard coded paths in the config files such as: compreg.dat

Is there a way to either move profiles or change the behavior to not hard code the paths but make them relative?

Is that considered a bug? It seems really bizarre that if I add artwork I have to remove my music and reimport it just to read the images. Perhaps a reload or refresh could handle that?

I mean, to remove the musci takes quite some time, to re-add it takes minutes.

There's no workaround in that we have the ability to refresh the database.

I installed Songbird 1.0 (first time user), and it recognized my artwork that is stored in foler.jpg... but if I add a new artwork to a folder that is in the library and re-open Songbird, it doesn't appear.

The only thing that works is to delete all of my library and re-import which is super tedious. Is there a better way to reload the library? or to get the folder.jpg artwork to appear?
