The card still has outstanding backup funding transactions, please try after a few days.

I want to change my backup funding to my PayPal buyer credit and it will not let me do so and keeps giving me the message above. I do not have any outstanding transactions as they all cleared on Nov 9. I tried to change my backup funding about a month ago and the same thing happened. I had not had any outstanding transactions at that time for at least a week.

I also ordered a debit card for my wife and after having 3 different ones not arrive I have not been able to add any backup funding to hers. This has been for at least 5 months.

How can I get this resolved? I would like to be able to use my buyer credit as a funding source.
