A comment on the question "Please refund my purchase price for the Firewall product." in Sunbelt Software:
Hi Alex, Please issue a refund for the Personal Firewall product. There are about 20,000 sites that I access on the Internet using this CyberFetch software, so trying to reconfigure it for 20,000 sites is impractical and almost impossible. They all have different web addresses.
Please issue the refund to my credit card account.

I am having trouble with it working with some of my software, such as CyberFetch. The CyberFetch will not access the websites when I installed the Firewall. I uninstalled it, and everything works fine now.
The Vipre antivirus works just fine now.

Why cannot I remove Win32 spybot.gen!8I ran Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool and it detected this trojan horse back door. I ran Vipre antivirus and it did not detect nor remove this trojan horse. How can I remove it?
Win32 Spybot.gen!8 is the name of the infection.
My computer will not open Internet Explorer as well as not opening some other software such as CCleaner.
