I, for one, like the new beta. There are tools that can reduce the nausea-inducing portions of the real-time feed. In addition, existing users should remember that the FriendFeed changes are designed for the millions upon millions of people who haven't joined FriendFeed yet. Their real-time feeds will not be overwhelming, and by the time they become overwhelming, they will have set up lists and the like.

I just updated my contact information in Contxts (division got sold to another company). I haven't had the need to use this yet, but it's good to know it's there and available.
