Sorry, Bill. We still waiting on Yodlee to fix the issue on their end. They cannot give us an estimate. In the meantime you can use the "delete" button to remove duplicate entries.

The dashboard value is calculated as a summation of all the deposits/expenses recorded in Less Accounting. This assumes a starting value of $0 in the account. You can change the initial value under Settings/Bank Accounts and it will update the calculations automatically.

Sorry about the trouble, Steven. There are two places you can set a message to be attached to the invoice.

One is on the normal invoice edit screen, in the "Invoice Message" box. Make sure to click "Save" after changing it, before you click "Preview/Send."

The other place is on the Print/Send screen. Click "Preview/Send" and then "Go to Print/Send." There will be a separate "Email text" box at the bottom of the screen.

I verified that both of these text boxes work properly for me, even when resending an invoice.

All the math looks good to me. Are you sure that the starting amount you used in the 01/2009 reconciliation is correct? If that's accurate, is it possible that you are missing some deposits?
