Banners below navigation on top of all pages

Sites such as http://www.firefighternation.com/ have banners right below the main navigation but on top of the other content. In the past I was able to use the language editor to add these, but now they won't allow java in the language editor.

How does http://www.firefighternation.com/ do this on all their pages?

Just got the following response-
Unfortunately, I have some bad news. We have permanently disabled the ability to add JavaScript into the language editor, because networks were seeing errors because of this. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Anyone else advertise on their sites?

Language editor changes need to be reverted back immediately

About a month ago I found a way to insert my script via the language editor to add banners on top of the forum pages. I tested the same on idea on the other pages and found it worked on photos, videos, blogs, etc.. I have now added this inventory to our available ads and have sold some ads in these areas; however, it looks like something was changed in the language editor and now all my script is stripped out. This functionality is essential to my business and I need this restored immediately. I have just invested alot into Ning and setup my other 21 networks on Ning. Please don't make me regret my decision and help with this immediately!

I also have a premium support ticket #00103427 that I am still waiting for a response for..

I ran CCleaner and cleared everything. Still have the same problem on all browsers!

I have not tried to clean recently. The issue is that I can't expect nor ask my members to clean their cache and temp files. I thought it was an isolated incident, but now I have a few members per day complaining of the issue. I also have the problem on other Ning sites I belong to.

This is a big issue that many of my members have started complaining about. I have the same problem on many Ning sites. I have tried different browsers and that does not help. It seems to only happen when I'm logged in.
