Jarin, it's actually possible right now to set permissions when you invite a new user. You should see some dropdown menus underneath the email textbox on the "Invite user" page. Whatever permissions you add there will be added to the new user.

And in fact, if the user is already in the system, it'll simply add those new permissions and send them a notification email.

The "Offers" column represents the number of times that a visitor was shown an invitation. And then "Accepts" is the number of times that a visitor agreed to participate.

Hey Jarin, that feature should be available now. It'll appear under a tab called "Users" over on the right of the page, once you've clicked into one of your accounts. Let me know if you have any problems.
