Slow Performance

I love songbird alot, except for its speed. I have a pretty new HP machine running vista with good specs. It would be great to have a significant speedup, mainly in the time it takes songbird to load.

Doesn't Sync all Songs

When I drag a bunch of songs to the device icon, it animates as if it's syncing, and it goes through the whole list and looks as if it's syncing, but in the end it only syncs a few of the many songs I tried. They were all the same: MP3's all ripped at the same time.

On my Windows Machine, with a Sansa Fuze 8GB and Songbird 1.1.1

It would be cool if someone would make a google chrome-like feather for Songbird, like there is for Firefox.

Needs slicker GUI

It would be nice if Visual Basic had a more simplified interface, hiding more complex operations behind an easily-managable GUI: something like MS Word 2007, which has quite a SLICK GUI. VB.NET should either be skinnable, or more like the Office products.

Needs Cleaner GUI

Visual Basic is extremely amazing. However parts of the interface seem kind of plastic and distracting. If VB.NET could be MADE SKINNABLE or smoothed out the GUI a little, that would be great! If it was unified in appearance with MS Word, that might be ideal, with options for turning it black, gray, white, or blue. Otherwise, great product and language!
