After 5 months the GS team haven ́t denied it - perhaps it ́s true.
Perhaps FB is NOT here at all. Well called. So we are all just wasting our time here people. Build your network of friends on other social sites. Just as Ma Bell was a giant and fell, it is time the FB monopoly was broken up and all social sites should be able to talk to each other.....-

Sorry GetSatisfaction.com - but I think you should give FB their money back - they must really need it as they don ́t seem to know how to use your service and provide feedback/ action.

Apparently there was a database outage that ́s still not fixed for many people and it looks like FB doesnot know what has happened. I am surprised this hasn ́t been in the news more.

Ah yes - their "users". We are the problem! (Apparently). Perhaps it is time the "users" took over the business and claim it as the Republic of Facebook.com. We could probably run it better.
I had my account disabled without warning and for no apparent reason three weeks ago.
I have followed their claims procedure now three times and have had no reply.
I have an advertising account with them that I now know nothing about.
Are my ads still running? Will my credit card get charged?
If I can ́t access my account then I ́ll have to request a chargeback to Facebook as I cannot be responsable for any advertising I have had no control over.

You are not a billion dollar company or you would at least put some of that "value" into customer service. Wake up and smell the coffee. -
