Johnny Goodman replied on October 26, 2009 14:59 to the question "REMstar Pro 2 C-Flex CPAP, REMstar Heated Humidifier to Hungary" in CPAP.com:
Greetings,
Yes, equipment can be purchased from our company and sent directly to an address in Hungary or it can be shipped to an associate of yours in the United States to be forwarded to you.
Any order over $99 receives free ground shipping within the United States.
Unfortunately, the Remstar Pro 2 is no longer available from the manufacturer.
There are other single pressure CPAP machines available from Respironics:

Other manufacturers also offer single pressure CPAP machines:

A prescription is needed to make a purchase of a CPAP machine or mask.
This prescription can be from another country as long as the patient name, the need for CPAP is noted and it is signed by a physician.
Review this information here:

Equipment made by all manufacturers can be shipped within the United States.
Resmed equipment cannot be shipped out of the United States.
You may place an order by phone or through our website.
Thank you for contacting us via Get Satisfaction!

Strike Through Text OptionFor those of us running and mocking up for internet retailer applications affected by Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), can you support strike through with your text tool?
There is a disabled option, but it doesn't really get it done.

Johnny Goodman shared an idea in Balsamiq on May 28, 2009 14:29:
Import or Auto-Sketch A Balsamiq Mock Up Given URL InputThe down side to Balsamiq (or any sketching really) is that I have to load the basic design of whatever I'm working on in before I can get to the details/feature/portion I'm trying to improve.
As I loaded a blank Balsamiq canvas this morning and looked at the website I was working on for it, I wished that I could type its URL into Balsamiq and have a rough Balsamiq mockup sketched for me based on the HTML design.
I could then get to business faster by cleaning up the auto-sketched mockup.
Here is a screenshot of a blank Balsamiq canvass and the website I wish I could import into it:
