Applications built for the sole purpose of Facebook Connect are of little use to anyone else. So, that requirement isn't logical. I must be missing something - thanks for passing to Christo.

Please provide the ability to connect to any Basecamp project (whether within your Basecamp domain or that of another). I work with other agencies, and are forced to login to each other's Basecamps. It would be grand if we could simply login to our respective Basecamp and access internal projects as well as those that reside on another Basecamp (when given permission).

It is like a multi-login.

I was able to fix by removing the timestamp code from each image.

The timestamp code that you apply to images is having some weird effects - when I remove it from the code, I get my images back.

Separate Form Name from Form Title

Today, the name of the form is the same as its title. The issue I am having with this structure is that if I want to create duplicate forms (more forms I create, the better for Wufoo revenue) for tracking say completions from Google AdWords versus direct website traffic, I have to make up either a new name for the form or add something to the name that I understand but my visitors don't (e.g. Form Title, My Form Title OR Form Title (a), Form Title (b)) - neither of these are optimal.

Please help!

We had to turn auto-tagging off so that we can get the benefit of our advertising. If you want to arrange a test, I can work to accommodate you. However, it would be better if you could solve without the negative impact to my client.

I spoke to my support team at Google about the issue as well. They seem confident that you should be able to solve the URL parameter issue.

AdWords and Yola

Here is the Google Response (containing my issue):

After activating Analytics within my AdWords account, my ads are linking to an Error page.

When Analytics is activated within AdWords, "Destination URL auto-tagging" is turned on automatically. This feature allows Analytics to track information about clicks on your AdWords ads by tagging your AdWords keyword destination URLs with a "gclid=" parameter. This parameter is displayed in your landing page URL. For example,
http://www.example.com/?gclid=12345abcd

A small number of websites do not allow URL parameters and serve an error 404 page. If your site does not allow parameters, you can prevent this error from occurring you can either turn "Auto-tagging" off in your account (see steps below) or ask your webmaster to allow URL parameters. Also, if you prefer not to have the "gclid=" parameter appear in your URLs, you can turn auto-tagging off.

Writeboards linked to Milestones

Writeboards should have the option to link to a Milestone. I have a project where several people are working different milestones. Some of the tasks require the creation of specific Writeboards. It would be nice when reviewing Milestones to see related Writeboards.

Seems like this request should fit within the "Getting Real" mantra! :)

If/Then Functionality

Is there any chance you are going to enable If/Then functionality? What I mean is the ability to ask a question like "How many cars do you have?" then based on drop-down answers (i.e. 0, 1, 2, 3) - revealing additional questions based on the number. So, if 2 cars, we might ask:

What is the color of car #1?
What is the color of car #2?

If 1 car, we only ask:

What is the color of your car?

We are framing a donations page (which is secure), however, because Yola is non-secure - our visitors won't see https or the lock icon. Can we purchase a secure site certificate?

They got it 25% right! And, I hope Freid is listening - what is critical are the @name updates to contacts and their responses. I know it's more difficult, but it will seriously give Highrise an advantage. Don't get me wrong, this is a great step!

P A I D Version?

Any progress on a paid version - I have a few clients where Yola would be a wonderful option, but they are in industries where a "free" version maybe translated as amateur. I am eager to make big things happen with Yola, this is one that is forcing me to choose clunky alternatives. Did I mention they'd be happy to pay!
