Monthly and Daily Stats Won't Update Again

Each month my stats won't reset. This month not only don't the monthly stats work, but when you click through to the daily stats, it doesn't show any of the podcasts from Oct.

The stats didn't update properly this month. They show my podcast had 4 shows but we actually had 5.

The monthly stats are still not updated after the 2pm time frame I was given. Also my listeners are still saying they can't get into the talkcast.

This is the fourth time the monthly stats are not updating. It's been several days this time. Also most times when someone clicks on my talkcast, it shows an error code so many of my listeners now mistakenly thing I no longer have the show going.

They stopped again. It says it updated yesterday at almost 11am EST but it is now 11am PST and it still hasn't updated.

They began working a few days later but now today they didn't update. What happened? And when can they be fixed?

Why aren't the stats working this month? It shows that we are currently in February.
