A comment on the problem "Facebook App Not Working" in TalkShoe:
The Talk Shoe App does not appear in my application as described in Step 3 below....as for Get Satisfaction, it's another annoying site that I Talk SHoe is making register for to resolve a problem with your site...your "off-shoring" your customer service to another company b/c you didn't want to develop a similar portal for yourself- it may be a good service, but I would imagine most users would like to avoid adding another website into their multitude of sites that likely will be used once or twice. – Jon, on March 07, 2009 16:18 -

Facebook App Not WorkingI have tried downloading the Facebook app several times using both Firefox and IE but nothing happens when I click on the image to download the app- Facebook opens to my home page without any new application added. Also frustrated with your process for getting issues resolved- having users log into another site (Get Satisfaction) to resolved an issue is ridiculous.
