Helpin people to remember which week is recycling colectionPeople are seemingly unable to remember which week is for recycling and which for burnable garden waste collection — despite calendars etc given out.
Has anybody got an idea to stop paper being left out on the wrong weeks and blowing everywhere?-

Agree it's a problem, but not sure pedestrian crossings are the solution. Four close to the roundabout would really confuse the traffic at the junction, further away and people would be tempted not to use them.
Maybe there's another solution - remove the roundabout and erect lights?
