A little bit of googling shows that its quite common. for example, i seen one user checked in in this odd way:

Malmö, Malmohus, Sweden
(city, tourist attraction, countruy)

And another in this way:
Lund, Malmohus, Sweden
(city 20 minutes outside of malmö, tourist attraction inside malmö, country)

Odd indeed.

I'm checking in in public mode.

It's usually something like this:
Mellersta Förstaden, Malmohus, Sweden (block/city area, tourist attraction, country)

When it should be this:
Malmö, Skåne, Sweden (city, county, country)

or preferably:
Mellesta Förstaden, Malmö, Sweden (city area, city, country).

Sweden's third largest city Malmö constantly gets named "Malmohus" when using Brighkite. Malmöhus is a castle in the city, not the city name. Pls fix because it's looks so silly checking in at a tourist location again and again and again...

Hi. Here's how I solved it:

Completly obliterate every single trace and piece of Spotify from your disk. On Mac OS X this means using such software as app trap + doing a system wide search for the word "spotify".

Then reboot and re-install. Should work.

Why not leave it up for choice? Adding a "show next 5" (extending the list, still showing the top 5)

I've been having this problem for over a week. Would say it started around the 28th feb or so.

Endless "Could not synchronize playlists. Retrying..." since a few weeks back. Creatinga playlist works, and sharing it amongst friends (collaborativly) works fine. But when next time i log in the new playlist is gone. However, accessing the playlist URL puts it back in the list with all the latest additions..
