We currently only allow our Enterprise customers to fully customize the skin on the embeds, but we are going to roll out some more customizations to the free version very soon. If you let me know exactly what you would like to skin, I can try to make sure you can configure that. Mainly just the colors?

For anyone else having problems with the greater-than/less-than tags being stripped out of your posts, I think it might be this issue: http://www.red-sweater.com/forums/vie...

We would love to find an elegant way to do that. It's not a technical problem to do, but everyone seems to be pissed when people "live-tweet" something because it fills up all their friends' Twitter feed. Any ideas? – Jonathan, on February 18, 2009 03:04

Unfortunately, it was probably Twitter search being down that caused the problem so we're kinda at their mercy there. I'll pay extra attention to it over the next 2 days and maybe I can code a workaround if I can see the exact problem.
But no need to logout/login to try to fix it. Worse-case, if it looks broken for a long period of time, you can try a reload to see if that helps.

While an event is live, it counts everybody on www.scribblelive.com, in the iframe embed, or crossposted (as long as it's not crossposted to Wordpress.com -- they block our Javascript).
Funny you should ask about metrics :) We just rolled out new metrics code tonight that uses http://whos.amung.us/ , so the numbers should be a whole lot more accurate from now on.
Thanks for asking!

Jonathan replied on February 03, 2009 15:37 to the question "Event Keeps Closing every few hours ..." in ScribbleLive:
Hi! Right now, events close automatically after 1 hour without a post and need to be reopened by one of the writers. I see your point when it comes to long events like yours though, and we'll definitely work on a solution as soon as possible.
For reference, only you (the creator) has the ability to close the event via the big red button :)
