I've done a re-install and it appears to be all working again. By the way, I found that despite retaining settings during the uninstall, when re-installing it lost everything. Fortunately I also took a copy of the folder before uninstalling so I was able to copy the settings folder back.

Launching Admin tool bought up MSI installer
When starting the admin tool this morning the Ninja installer came up without any warning. It then stoped the Exchange Information Store and prevented from restarting as it said a dependency was pending deletion.

I rebooted the server, issue remained.

I uninstalled Ninja and then I was able to start Information Store. Thank God!

I am yet to re-install Ninja however I was wondering if you know why the above happened.

Unsure of the version of Ninja I had now, but running on Exchange 2003.
