This won't be possible using twitterfeed. Take a look at the twitter API though, it should be relatively simple to code something that does what you need.

Promoting youth service via twitter: How to post lots of updates?I have just under 700 service events going on in theUS for Global Youth Service Day that I'd like to slowly appear via RSS into Twitter, can twitterfeed do that? We have them stored in a Google Spreadsheet which can feed them as an RSS, but I don't think I can control the order/posting --it's all 700 or none at all. I saw /topics/update_more_than_five_items , which seems to indicate that 695 of the 700 will get lost forever.
