Yes, the lack of an adequate visual representation of a project is the main reason why I can't continue to use your software. Such a shame as it's otherwise a very nice system.

If u decide to add this feature in future, u should check out how these guys do Gantts. http://www.5pmweb.com/videos/Timeline...

I don't really like design but from a usablity/feature point of view, it's really great. Maybe u should take some notes?

However, your system does a lot of the other things better and only lets itself down when it comes to representing projecst visually.

Any word on this? We really need to be able to plan/view projects visually. In fact this is the main reason I cancelled by Basecamp subscription and signed up to DeskAway. However, your current Gantt (Milestone report, year view only) isn't very good at all.

Do u intend on imporving this feature anytime soon? Or adding the suggested export function mentioned above?

Yeah, FULLY CUSTOMISABLE templates would be great!!!

It seems like a lot of us signing up are small design/development companies. This means we're quite a fussy bunch when it comes to design but also very capable of making our own templates.

Branding and design is extremely important to us and we need to practice what we preach so why not add this feature? It's the only thing that's stopping me from becoming a paying customer.

Ok, you're probably worried about tech support nightmare that would ensue so maybe just don't do support for our own templates? Stick up a little tute and let us do the rest. I'd be cool with that. What about the rest of you?

Alternatively u could simply add more options to the existing method.
